My name is Mike Mckoy and my goal is teach people in a safe and fun way to do acroyoga. With classes structured around the acrofit program there is alot of the foundational principles based in acrobatics. We focus on various exercises that with help you to become healthier, stronger, and more fit, all while having fun.
